Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork and cut it into 1.5cm square pieces.
Step 2: wash potatoes and carrots, cut into pieces, and wash black fungus.
Step 3: add proper amount of oil into the pot, add onion, ginger, star anise and cinnamon, stir up the fragrance. (don't use too much anise and cinnamon, especially cinnamon. The right amount of both can make the meat full of flavor. If it is too much, it will bring a slightly bitter taste.)
Step 4: add pork and stir fry until the surface is yellowish.
