Homemade sesame paste
Introduction:
"Dry autumn is easy to lose hair. Making your own sesame paste is not only affordable but also healthy. "
Production steps:
Step 1: stir fry the clean sesame in low heat first, and don't overdo it.
Step 2: clean glutinous rice flour is sold in this supermarket. I have flour at home, so I beat it myself.
Step 3: powder sesame and glutinous rice.
Step 4: stir fry the beaten glutinous rice flour until yellowish, then turn off the heat
Step 5: quickly pour in sesame powder and sugar (it's better to add soft sugar, because the soft sugar is fine, so it doesn't need to be polished), and fully mix the raw materials with the remaining temperature.
Step 6: grind the granules while stirring, and make sesame powder a little oily!
Step 7: the sesame powder made by yourself will be lumped up when pressed by hand. This is different from the one bought in the supermarket
Step 8: cool and seal, drink and rinse with boiling water!
Step 9: look how sticky it is when you make it~
Materials required:
Sesame: 600g
Glutinous rice: 400g
