When I was a child, my mother steamed glutinous rice on Mid Autumn Festival. My father put the glutinous rice into the chuiwao and pounded it with a long wooden stick similar to a rolling pin, which was bigger than the rolling pin. When the glutinous rice was rotten, I took it out. My mother made it into Ciba and wrapped it with sesame powder. At that time, I didn't have much to eat. Waiting for this Ciba consumed a lot of saliva
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice in water overnight
Step 2: add a layer of clean gauze to the steamer drawer, pick up the soaked glutinous rice and put it in the steamer drawer
Step 3: boil water in the pot and steam the glutinous rice over high heat for 30 minutes
Step 4: preheat the electric cake pan when steaming and put the sesame seeds in it for one minute

Step 9: instead of beating the nest in my hometown some years ago, I used a stupid method. I wrapped the main meal in gauze with steamed glutinous rice, and then pounded it with a rolling pin.
Step 10: until the glutinous rice is mashed into mud, it can be made into Ciba
Step 11: dip your hand with some water, pull a piece of sticky rice paste, and mix it with the glutinous rice cake
