Introduction:
"The name of this dish is very artistic - soft waxy wax gourd falls in love with delicious prawn. The wax gourd is cooked with Li Jinji's steamed fish, soy sauce and meijixian soup. It tastes like braised meat. It melts in the mouth, and the delicious shrimps make it tasteless
Production steps:
Step 1: wash prawns.
Step 2: add proper amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add prawns.
Step 3: cook.
Step 4: take it out and let it cool, then turn around and cover it, and reserve the tail.
Step 5: heat up the oil.
Step 6: put in the wax gourd.
Step 7: stir fry the wax gourd until it is cut off.
Step 8: add the stock.
Step 9: cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 11: bring to a boil.
