Production steps:
Step 1: wash, peel and steam the yam

Step 6: 300g self-made cake powder (can be replaced by ordinary flour + baking powder)
Step 7: stir evenly, the final batter is relatively thick, it is not easy to drip when scooping up, but it drops in a lump
Step 8: cover the mixed yam batter, put it in a warm place and ferment to twice the size
Step 9: put jujube in the fermented yam batter, steam it in the steamer for 30min, turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5min
