Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: boil a pot of tofu in boiling water, cook it for about half a minute, then drain it
Step 2: saute the scallions in a hot pan with cool oil, add bean paste and stir fry for a while
Step 3: add the prepared juice
Step 4: cook the tofu
Step 5: turn off the fire after coloring the tofu evenly
Step 6: Sprinkle green onion on the pan
Materials required:
Tofu: right amount

Bean paste: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Note: because add raw soy sauce, soy sauce and bean sauce, salty appropriate, so there is no salt.
