Rice with Curry Beef
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the beef and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: peel carrot, wash and cut into small pieces.

Step 6: stir fry the flavor.
Step 7: add the beef.

Step 12: cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 13: add the potatoes and stir well.
Step 14: cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 15: add dahi large curry.
Step 16: stir fry the curry with a shovel.
Step 17: cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 18: put the rice into the plate and pour the curry beef on it.

Carrot: 300g
Block curry: a box
Water: moderate
Salt: a little
Peanut oil: 30ml
Cumin powder: 5g
Note: put in curry and stir fry with shovel to avoid paste. The muscle fiber of beef is rough, difficult to digest, and has high cholesterol and fat, so it is not suitable for the elderly, children and people with weak digestion.
