Production steps:

Step 2: heat the oil in a hot pan, heat the oil, and stir fry the meat until it changes color. Add ginger slices and thirteen spices and stir fry. (don't turn yellow, because the whole process is dry frying, and the meat will be very dry and fragrant in the end.)
Step 3: stir fry a few beans, continue to stir fry, and then let it dry fry
Step 4: when the beans are dry fried, we go to wash the 3 potato cutters with water twice and prepare them
Step 5: stir fry the beans until the beans turn green and wrinkled, then put the cleaned hob potatoes into the pot, stir fry a few times, and cover them with a little stuffy
Step 6: open the lid, put the green onion, garlic and Thai pepper into the pot, add 2 teaspoons of salt (about the spoon in the seasoning box), stir well, cover the pot, and keep the heat in the lid for 15 minutes (no need to add water, no doubt, it's absolutely ripe)
Step 7: open the lid every 3 minutes and stir fry it with the steam water on the lid to prevent the paste from heating the ingredients evenly
Step 8: 5 minutes before leaving the pot, I feel that the potatoes are almost cooked. Add some soy sauce and stir fry. Then cover the pot
Step 9: add some old soy sauce and stir fry evenly
Step 10: don't add water in the whole process, no doubt, it's absolutely cooked, and the potatoes are special noodles. Every time you open the lid of the pot, the steam water drops on the lid, and the pot can prevent the paste. Remember to stir fry every 3 separate lids, so that the ingredients are evenly heated, hehe
