Step 1: prepare materials

Materials required:
Basic white bean paste: 180g
White granulated sugar: 45g
Maltose: 15g
Milk powder: 10g
Water: small amount
Note: the basic white bean paste is the kidney bean paste which is peeled, cooked and dried. For details, please refer to the previous recipe. You don't need to add too much water, just can dissolve the white granulated sugar. I'm not careful this time. White bean paste should be fried as dry as possible
