Production steps:

Step 2: put the pomegranate and rock sugar into a sealed jar, and pour in sake
Step 3: just seal it up. Take it out every few days
Step 4: in principle, after the wine turns pink, you can drink it. The longer you put it, the better to drink it. However, sake is low in strength and easy to break. You'd better finish it as soon as possible. I don't know how long it will last
Step 5: the color of pomegranate will slowly melt into the wine, while the rock sugar will slowly melt. After all the rock sugar is melted, it can be stored in the refrigerator, or it can be taken out every few days
