Black rice noodles with wheat filling
Introduction:
"This steamed stuffed bun with black rice flour and wheat grain filling is rich in nutrition. Due to the mushroom and Yuzhu in the filling, it tastes very muscular, just like eating meat. This steamed bun is better than meat. It's very suitable for people who want to lose weight. "
Production steps:
Step 1: mix the right amount of black rice flour and white flour, add yeast and a little sugar, mix with warm water to form black rice dough, and ferment in a warm place.
Step 2: soak dried mushrooms, Yuba and vermicelli.
Step 3: prepare a little cabbage, carrot and coriander.
Step 4: wash the carrots, cut into small cubes, and stir fry them in oil pan.
Step 5: cut the pickled Lentinus edodes, Yuzhu, Pakchoi, coriander and vermicelli into pieces, and add shrimps, oyster sauce, salad oil, sesame oil, shisan Xiang, scallion, ginger, pepper, salt and MSG.
Step 6: mix all ingredients well.
Step 7: when the dough is fermented to 2 to 2.5 times the size, dip the flour with your fingers and put it into the dough. If the hole does not shrink or wrinkle, the fermentation is successful.
Step 8: knead and exhaust the fermented dough and cut it into evenly sized buns. Flatten the buns by hand and roll them into a round bun with a slightly thicker middle and a slightly thinner edge. Fill in a proper amount of stuffing in the middle. First fold the dough inward at the beginning, then glue the left and right sides of the dough in turn, and finally stick the tail tightly to make wheat buns.
Step 9: put the wrapped wheat bales on the oiled drawer and wake up again for 15 minutes, then open fire, steam for 10 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes and get out of the pot.
