Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pickled Chinese toon sprouts with salt, chop and set aside.
Step 2: wash the surface of carrot and pickle, chop, mix well with the chopped pickle of Toona sprout, put it into a small bowl, set aside.
Step 3: put the peanuts into a cold oil pan and fry them over medium low heat.
Step 4: put the tender cowpea into the boiling water pot and simmer for five minutes.
Step 5: cut the scalded cowpea into 1 cm pieces and set aside.
Step 6: put the mashed garlic into a small bowl.
Step 7: add vinegar.
Step 8: add sesame juice.
Step 9: add a little mineral water, mix well into sauce, set aside.
Step 10: oil the hot pot, add the cut tomatoes and stir fry the tomato juice.
Step 11: add some hot water and bring to a boil.
