The finished products look shameful, and it's not easy to take them out. It's not good to damage their reputation ~ ~ ~ ~ take your time to learn. Finally, I can see a little bit of people this time, and I'll send them out. It's simple, but it's absolutely hungry. It's delicious ~ ~ ~ and so on
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the hazelnut and bake it in the oven in advance (about 4 minutes at 175 ℃), then cool it for later use. Sesame can also be roasted and set aside.
Step 2: mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, flour, sesame, chopped cranberry and hazelnut) in a large bowl.
Step 3: put the butter into another bowl and heat it in water to melt it into liquid (or microwave to melt it). Add brown sugar, sugar and honey.
Step 4: stir the mixture of butter and sugar with an egg beater to make them mix well.
Step 5: stir until the sugar is completely mixed into the butter.
Step 6: pour the dry material prepared in step 2 into the butter mixture at one time.
Step 7: stir with a scraper to make them mix evenly.
Step 8: pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking tray covered with tin foil (or pre coat the inner wall of the baking tray with butter), and press it tightly with the back of a spoon. Put it into a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 25 minutes. After being out of the oven and cooled, cut the roasted hazelnut oats into 16 pieces with a knife in the baking pan, and then demould them.
Materials required:
Oatmeal: 160g
Hazelnut: 45g
Dried Cranberry: 45g
Low gluten flour: 45g
Sesame: 20g
Butter: 90g
Brown sugar: 20g
Fine granulated sugar: 40g

Notes: [experience] 1. Cranberry is slightly sour after baking. If you don't like it, you can replace it with raisin. Sesame can be replaced with black sesame or flaxseed. They are all healthy and nutritious. 2. Brown sugar has a unique flavor and can increase color. If you don't like it, you can replace it with white sugar. 3. Sugar is not recommended to be reduced. It's not easy to spread and it's hard to block. 4 Easy to spread ~ ~, after cutting demould, better to keep intact 5, sealed storage, keep dry, eat within a week should not be a problem~
