Kiwi wine cheese cake
Introduction:
"It was for the sake of consuming the black cookies that no one was eating that Mr. Meng's Irish liqueur cheese cake was targeted. But there was no Irish liqueur at home, so we used kiwi wine instead. When the Mid Autumn Festival is approaching, kiwi fruit and moon cakes are on the market one after another. The cheese cake of kiwi fruit wine is also a good occasion. It's just that Mr. Meng's formula has been changed beyond recognition by me

Materials required:
Cream cheese: 100g
Yolk: 2 (28g)
Protein: 30g
Kiwi wine: 35g
Homemade sweet yogurt: 40g
Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
Corn starch: 11 / 4 tsp
Peanut powder: 3 tablespoons
Wine soaked black currant raisins (for cake bottom): 30g
Homemade black cookies: 30g
Note: after cooling completely, gently draw a circle along the wall with a thin knife to demould easily. If you pour a glass of water into the baking pan, the cake won't crack easily. Because of the pure instant coffee powder, we have to use 2 in 1 coffee powder. If it is black coffee, the taste will be stronger
