Steamed Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Production steps:
Step 1: Chop pork ribs into small sections, wash them, boil them in a cold water pot, remove them, rinse them and drain the water.
Step 2: add salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and white pepper, sprinkle with ginger and scallion, mix well, marinate for half an hour.
Step 3: chop the garlic and the Douchi.
Step 4: pour the oil into the frying pan, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the lobster sauce, stir fry slowly over low heat to get the fragrance, and let cool.
Step 5: remove the scallion and ginger slices, stir fry the Douchi into the spareribs, and marinate for half an hour.
Step 6: spread the marinated ribs on the plate.
Step 7: cover with plastic wrap, steam in steamer, steam for 20 minutes over medium high heat.
Step 8: take out and sprinkle with Scallion powder, add a little red pepper powder to decorate.

Note: the pork ribs I used were bought in the supermarket. They were frozen in the refrigerator and boiled in the water. If it's fresh bought in the market, after washing, soak it in cold water with a few drops of cooking wine for 15 minutes, soak the blood out, and then rinse it to marinate.
