Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken, control the water and cut into pieces
Step 2: Rinse mushrooms with water and soak them in warm water.
Step 3: slice ginger, cut scallion into sections, cut red pepper into rhombus, remove the stalks of soaked mushrooms, rub and clean them in flowing water, filter the water for soaking mushrooms and reserve them (red pepper and green onion forgot to shoot).

Step 9: continue to stew until the soup is thick, add red pepper and shallot, mix well and you can get out of the pot.
