Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pepper and cut into strips about 0.5cm wide.
Step 2: remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into strips about 0.3cm wide.
Step 3: shred the lean meat, size it with soy sauce, cooking wine and wet starch, and marinate it for 10 minutes.
Step 4: starch (preferably with mung bean powder or potato powder) 1 jin into 1.5 Jin of water ratio into paste. Add another 5 grams of salt. Heat a basin of water about 80-90 degrees, and then pour proper amount of starch into the lath (plate-shaped, flat bottom and thin wall). Put the lath into the hot water basin.
