Introduction:

"Shoutao usually has stuffing, but if it's stuffed, no one will eat it, so it's simply made into Shoutao steamed bread. Mix the frozen dough before use

Production steps:

Step 1: take the frozen dough out of the freezer and thaw it in the freezer

Step 2: put the frozen dough into the room and warm it up

Step 3: knead and smooth the dough

Step 4: divide into 7 equal sized preparations

Step 5: take a dough and rub it into the shape of a peach

Step 6: press a concave line from the bottom to the tip with a cutter

Step 7: do everything well and put it into the steamer

Step 8: take appropriate amount of Monascus powder

Step 9: turn it on with a little water

Step 10: brush on the tip of peach, cover and let it grow for 15-20 minutes

Step 11: after the steaming, add cold water to the pan, steam for 15 minutes

Step 12: turn off the heat after steaming and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes

Materials required:

Flour: 350g

Water: 175 G

Dry yeast: 3.5g

Monascus powder: right amount

Note: if there is no frozen dough, it can be made directly with noodles, which saves the time of thawing and rewarming. If you like to have stuffing, you can pack it with bean paste, jujube paste and other stuffing according to your preference. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes to avoid wrinkles when you come out of the cage
