Stewed beef with tomato

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef into small pieces and soak it in water to remove the blood.
Step 2: blanch the beef.
Step 3: put green onion, ginger, star anise, fragrant leaves and cinnamon in the pot and bring to a boil.
Step 4: add beef, bring to a boil, add cooking wine, soy sauce, simmer for half an hour.
Step 5: wash the tomato, soak it in boiling water and peel it.
Step 6: cut into small pieces.
Step 7: put half of the tomatoes, salt and sugar in the pot, cook for about an hour, then put in the remaining half of the tomatoes, cook for about five minutes, add the right amount of ketchup seasoning.
