Production steps:
Step 1: knead ingredients other than butter into dough.
Step 2: soften the butter at room temperature.

Step 4: add butter and knead well. About half an hour later, you can knead it into a basic film appearance.
Step 5: cover the container with plastic film and ferment for the first time. Although it was summer, I still put the basin in a large steamer with hot water for fermentation.
Step 6: it has been fully fermented after 2 hours.
Step 7: divide the dough into three parts, press slightly to exhaust, knead into three round dough, cover with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 8: after relaxing, press a dough into a cake, put it into the inner liner of the electric pressure cooker, and spread the first layer of honey beans. Appropriate spread some butter in the gallbladder, edible oil is also OK.
Step 9: after the first layer of beans is laid, put in the second flour cake and pinch it tightly around. Put in the second layer of beans in turn, and finally cover with the third cake.
Step 10: cover the inner liner of the electric pressure cooker with fresh-keeping film, and then put it into the large steamer for secondary fermentation.
Step 11: about 40 minutes. Wipe off the water vapor outside the inner liner of the electric pressure cooker and put it into the pot.
Step 12: turn on the power, select the "cake" file, and the time is automatically set to 30 minutes.
Step 13: after 30 minutes, the bread is ripe. Take it out and put it on the shelf. Stir the eggs into a mixture and spread it on the top of the bread. The dosage is very small, a thin layer is enough.
Step 14: put the bread on the shelf and put it in the microwave oven together. Turn to the highest level for 4 minutes.
Step 15: after 4 minutes, the fragrant bread will be OK!
Step 16: cut into equal parts like a cake.
