Beer duck
Introduction:
"Recently, the weather is getting hotter and hotter. I don't have a good appetite. I always want to have a special taste, so I think of beer duck. I decided to go to the market to see if I could buy live ducks and kill them now. You don't know, because northerners can't eat ducks and don't know how to do it, there are few live ducks in the northern market. Oh, I'm lucky today. I bought a live duck, and it's still a duck! The boss also said that the ducks came in a few days ago. I bought two ducks and put one in the refrigerator because I don't know when I can get it next time. But I didn't buy the konjac that I wanted to make beer duck, so I had to use lettuce instead, but the taste is also good! "

Note: 1, beer duck seasoning pickled pepper, pickled ginger can also be put dry pepper and ginger, taste the same delicious! 2. Beer duck's side dish I like the most is the southern konjac, this time because I didn't buy to switch to lettuce. 3. Don't add water when making beer duck, otherwise the taste will be greatly reduced. 4. When choosing ducks, it's best to choose sheldrake. Because sheldrake has a large amount of activity, its meat quality should be more compact, and its taste should be more delicious.
