Fried frog with chili
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the skin, head and viscera of the frog, slice the right amount of pepper, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic
Step 2: add appropriate amount of rapeseed oil (or tea oil) into the fire and burn for 90% heat. It can replace cooking wine, and other oils are not recommended
Step 3: add the frog meat and stir fry until it turns white (about two minutes)

Step 5: cover the dish with water, cover the pan and cook
