Spareribs with Taro
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the ribs into small pieces, wash them with clean water, and drain the water.
Step 2: add 3G salt, 5g soy sauce, 5g sugar and 5g cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: peel and cut the taro with hob
Step 4: fry in oil pan, pick up and put in plate, sprinkle 2G salt
