Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put walnuts, glutinous rice and red dates into different bowls and soak them in warm water for 2 hours.
Step 2: peel the soaked walnut kernel and remove the core of jujube. All the three ingredients were drained.
Step 3: add enough water to the jujube and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4: add 60 grams of water into the walnut kernel, put it into the cooking machine, and beat it into a fine walnut pulp.
Step 5: add 30 grams of water to the glutinous rice, and beat it into a fine rice paste.
Step 6: filter the cooked jujube once.
Step 7: put a small bowl under the screen and press it with a spoon to separate the jujube flesh from the jujube skin.
Step 8: keep pressing until only the jujube skin is left in the screen and there is jujube mud in the small bowl.
Step 9: stir the rice pulp and walnut pulp once respectively.
Step 10: mix the rice paste and walnut paste, pour them into the pot, turn down the heat, and stir in one direction.
Step 11: after about 2 minutes, add the jujube mud and stir well.
Step 12: then pour in the filtered boiled jujube water.
Step 13: mix well, turn on medium heat until slightly thick and bubbling.
Step 14: put it into a bowl, add some sugar while it's hot.

Note: 1, the three ingredients must soak for 2 hours, but not too long. 2. Peeling walnuts can reduce astringency. 3. Jujube can also be pressed into jujube mud without cutting the core. 4. Don't use too little water to boil dates, because you need to keep boiling for 20 minutes. 5. The rest of jujube water also has nutrition, don't waste it. 6. You can use honey instead of sugar, but you must wait for walnut cheese to cool down before adding. If honey meets high temperature, nutrition will be lost.
