Lotus-Leaf-Shaped Pancake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add the melted yeast into the flour and form a soft and hard dough. Ferment to twice the size.
Step 2: divide the fermented dough into small dough about 60g each.
Step 3: roll each dough into a small round cake with uniform thickness.
Step 4: spread a thin layer of cooking oil on each pancake.
Step 5: fold the oiled cake in half and prepare the pressing plate.
Step 6: press out the pattern of lotus leaf with pressing plate.
Step 7: wake up for 10 minutes. Put in the steamer smeared with cooking oil, put cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 13 minutes. Simmer for about 5 minutes before leaving the pot.
Step 8: This is steamed lotus leaf cake.
Step 9: it's delicious with minced meat~
