Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: green pepper cut diamond, old tofu cut triangle, don't cut too thin, black fungus soak well in advance.
Step 2: fry the tofu in a frying pan until golden on both sides. Set aside.
Step 3: put proper amount of oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic, 2 tbsp bean paste, stir fry red oil, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5: stir fry the black fungus.
