Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing
Step 2: put the stirring knife on the bread barrel, add the bean dregs first and then the tea oil
Step 3: beat in an egg and put sugar in the corner of the bread barrel
Step 4: put salt diagonally
Step 5: add Matcha powder
Step 6: put in high gluten flour and whole wheat flour, dig a hole on the flour and put in yeast
Step 7: put the bread barrel into the toaster, card it, turn on the power, and select 12 custom flour mixing programs from the menu for 15 minutes
Step 8: at the end of the first mixing procedure, let the toaster rest for 5 minutes
Step 9: choose another mixing procedure for 15 minutes
Step 10: let it ferment naturally after twice mixing
Step 11: fermentation to 9 minutes full (1.5 hours)
Step 12: select 18 baking program from the menu, 750g, medium color, 30 minutes, press the start button, and the toaster starts to work
Step 13: when the prompt sound starts, the bread is ready. Put on the heat-insulating gloves and pull out the bread barrel
Step 14: cool and slice to eat or bag. The next day, the bread is still very soft and delicious

Note: 1. There is no kitchen scale at home, so the materials are measured according to the measuring cup and spoon of bertui pe6800 bread maker. The bean dregs I used this time contain soybean milk, so there is no additional liquid added.
