Production steps:
Step 1: get the ingredients ready. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Step 2: cut onion, ginger, garlic, potatoes, carrots, tofu, tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, leeks, 1-2 cm segments of beef and dice
