Dried spareribs
Introduction:
"Highlight: the ribs are charred outside and tender inside, fragrant in the mouth, crispy and crisp in the pot bamboo shoots, and spicy in the rice."
Production steps:
Step 1: Step 1: prepare the ingredients. 800g spareribs, 1 lettuce, 10g ginger, 10g garlic, 1 onion, proper amount of pepper.
Step 2: Step 2: cut the lettuce into sections, shred the onion, slice the ginger and garlic.
Step 3: Step 3: cook in cold water. Blanch the ribs.
