Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the container and mixing spoon with boiling water for a few minutes.
Step 2: pour the mushroom powder into the container, add appropriate amount of white granulated sugar, pour in the milk and mix well.
Step 3: close the lid.
Step 4: put into the natto machine, cover the outer cover, turn on the power and start fermentation.
Step 5: 8-10 hours later, take it out, it's tender tofu. Refrigerate for a few hours, it tastes better.
Step 6: wash strawberries, cut them into pieces and put them into the bottom of the cup.
Step 7: cover strawberry with yogurt.
Step 8: Sprinkle another layer of strawberries.

Note: do yogurt containers must be hot with boiling water for a few minutes disinfection. It is a natural phenomenon that there is a layer of steam on the lid of the container for fermented yogurt.
