Dumplings with beef and radish
Introduction:

Flour: 600g
Egg: 1

Soy sauce: 10ml
Peanut oil: 35ml
Note: the beef absorbs water, so don't hold the radish too dry. Mix the meat in one direction, so as not to loosen the stuffing.
