Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials.
Step 2: cut tofu into 1cm thick slices.
Step 3: put it in a pot and cook it.
Step 4: take out the tofu, dip in the water on the surface, and cut the shallot.
Step 5: dice tofu.
Step 6: first bring salt and monosodium glutamate to a boil with a few drops of hot water, then add tofu, chopped green onion and sesame oil.
Step 7: clear green and white, light and refreshing shallot mixed with tofu.

Note: Tofu must be blanched before mixing. It is not fragile and hygienic when mixing.
