Rice with chicken leg
Introduction:
"Zhaoshao" is originated from Japanese (zhaoshao, zhaoshao, zhaoshao, zhaoshao). It usually refers to the process of barbecuing meat products with a lot of soy sauce, sugar water, garlic, ginger and sake (or Weilin). Production steps:
Step 1: clean 1 chicken leg and control the moisture.
Step 2: remove the bone with a knife and kitchen scissors, pat the chicken with the back of the knife, and repeatedly fork the chicken skin with a fork or toothpick, so as to prevent the chicken skin from retracting in the process of frying.
Step 3: spread the appropriate amount of salt on the chicken evenly, add cooking wine and marinate for a while.
Step 4: add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp raw soy sauce and half tbsp old soy sauce into the bowl, and mix well with zhaoshao sauce.
Step 5: preheat the electric cake pan, then put the pickled chicken leg and skin down into the cake pan to fry, and press with the shovel.
Step 6: turn over the chicken skin when it is golden, continue to fry until both sides are golden.
Step 7: put the fried chicken leg into the frying pan, add the sauce and a small amount of water, boil over high heat, collect the juice over medium low heat, and stir constantly in the middle.
Step 8: after the soup is collected, cut the chicken leg into pieces and prepare the rice.
Step 9: put the chicken leg on the rice and pour the remaining soup on it. The delicious zhaoshao chicken leg rice is ready.

Note: 1. When removing the bone of chicken leg, first use a knife to cut the meat along the bone from top to bottom, and then use kitchen scissors to cut the meat along the bone. I think it is more convenient than using a knife directly. 2. Zhaoshao soup had better be a little bit more, mixed in rice is very fragrant. 3. Zhaoshao chicken leg rice is also very suitable for those who take rice, and it doesn't affect the taste after being heated in the microwave oven.
