Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: shred celery and carrot, cut Flammulina velutipes into segments;
Step 2: put celery and carrot into boiling water and blanch them;
Step 3: put Flammulina velutipes into boiling water and blanch it;
Step 4: add 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp monosodium glutamate, half tbsp pepper, half tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil into the bowl to make the sauce;
Step 5: mix celery, carrot and Flammulina velutipes in a bowl, sprinkle with white sesame.
