French Brio bread
Introduction:
"It is said that there are more than 200 different kinds of bread in France, and brioche is one of the most common. In France, "bread" generally refers to bread made with only water, salt and flour. In China, bread we often eat is more similar to "brioche" in French. Besides flour, water and salt, eggs, butter and many other ingredients are added. You can find brioche not only in the French breakfast, but also in the afternoon tea desserts. Its unique smooth and soft taste makes you eat one piece after another without knowing it. You can't stop it at all ~! "
Production steps:
Step 1: pour flour, sugar, salt and yeast powder into the basin
Step 2: put in the eggs, one at a time, stir well before putting in the next
Step 3: after putting in the eggs, start kneading the noodles on the clean table, kneading for about 10 minutes
Step 4: divide the dough into two pieces
Step 5: add 150g butter to one of them and knead for 10-15 minutes
Step 6: at the beginning, the dough will be very thin because of adding butter. It doesn't matter. This is normal~
Step 7: as shown in the picture, press one end of the dough with the left palm, and push out part of the dough with the right palm
Step 8: put the kneaded dough into a clean basin, cover it with cloth and put it for 2 hours (the best temperature is 27-32 ℃)
Step 9: after two hours, put the dough on the table, press it with your hands, then put it into the bowl, seal it and refrigerate for one night
Step 10: after the frozen dough is taken out, make the shape suitable for the mold, sprinkle proper amount of sesame on the surface, put it into the mold, and then put it in the oven preheated to 27 ℃ for 3 hours
Step 11: after 3 hours, the volume of the bread will expand to several times of the original, then spread the egg liquid on the surface, put it in the middle layer of the oven preheated to 160 degrees, and bake for about 20-25 minutes (Juju made two plates of bread with the ingredients mentioned above)

Notes: 1. There is a general description of how many grams of flour and how many grams of yeast are used in the packaging of yeast powder. Because there are some differences between different yeast, it is better to put them in according to the specific proportion. A few more grams of yeast powder may make the bread smell of yeast, which has a great impact on the taste. 2.
