Spicy and Salted Mushroom
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: cut the root of Pleurotus ostreatus, wash it and tear it into 2 cm wide strips.
Step 3: add hot water to the pan to cook the mushroom, and then rinse with cool water.
Step 4: let the mushroom cool and remove the water by hand.
Step 5: take a bowl, add flour, corn starch (1:1), an egg, water and stir. Stir into paste, add a little salt and five spice powder.
Step 6: then put in the mushroom strips, stir them with chopsticks until each one is evenly dipped and wrapped in the crisp paste.
Step 7: pour vegetable oil into the pot and heat it to 80%. Put the mushroom strips one by one and fry them over medium low heat until they float on the oil surface and turn pale yellow.

Water: 50g
Pepper powder: 2G

Oil: 400g
Note: 1. Don't put the mushrooms together when frying, otherwise they will stick together and cannot be separated. 2. Hold the water in your hands, otherwise the crispy crust will turn to skin because of moisture regain, and it will not taste good. The batter made of corn starch, flour and whole egg is crisp. Because there is salt in the fried paste, the salt and pepper are not sprinkled on it. Instead, the salt and pepper are put on it for dipping.
