Braised spareribs with potatoes
Introduction:
"My favorite dish is my colleagues and friends who like to come to my house to order this (the other one is braised pig's feet, not for the time being)"
Production steps:
Step 1: bring to a boil with water, blanch the spareribs, drain and cut the potatoes into hob pieces. Chop the dried pepper, slice the ginger, add the Chinese prickly ash and prepare the seasoning. Add a little more peanut oil to heat, add the above seasoning, stir fry until fragrant, pour in the ribs, stir fry for a little longer, until the ribs turn yellow and fragrant, add soy sauce and stir for a while
Step 2: add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add potato chips, rock sugar and star anise and continue for 10 minutes
Step 3: stew until the potatoes are soft and transparent (be careful not to rot), add salt, white pepper and a little sesame oil. Chop coriander and add in. Remove from pan and put on plate.
