Production steps:
Step 1: prepare two oil-free and water-free basins. They must be oil-free and water-free. Then 4 grass eggs separate the egg white and yolk. Step 2: weigh a series of materials, I weigh the sugar first. What about children's shoes without electronic scales? Look at the scale. This is a measuring cup for rice cooker. 40g sugar is less than 1 / 4 cup, about 2 / 3 of 1 / 4. Here, white granulated sugar is used as much as possible. The molecular structure of white granulated sugar and soft granulated sugar is different. Maybe soft sugar can, but I haven't tried it.
Step 3: a small bag of cake powder for the last course, just 50g. This is a good mix of cake powder, I think it should contain baking powder, baking powder also has no aluminum, safety should be some. If you want to be safer, choose low gluten flour or home gluten flour and corn starch mixture. I don't have this kind of cake powder at home. I choose low gluten powder.
Step 4: as can be seen from the picture, the amount of low gluten powder is less than 1 / 2 cup. If you use medium gluten flour and corn starch, replace 10% with corn starch; if you use dumpling flour, replace 20% with corn starch.
Step 5: weigh the oil. At this time, I found that there was ml unit on the measuring cup. It's simpler to use 40ml oil directly.
Step 6: 40 ml milk.
Step 7: add 1 / 3 white granulated sugar to start beating the protein. For a little woman, it takes about 10 minutes to get rid of four proteins. In the picture, after three minutes, 1 / 3 of white granulated sugar is added.
Step 8: This is five minutes, there is a right angle, but this state is still not OK, the cream is easy to flow. Add all the remaining sugar and continue to beat.

Step 10: at this time, wash your hands and wipe them clean. First add corn oil and egg yolk, and then add milk to make them even. This process is very fast and even.
Step 11: then sift the cake powder or low gluten powder or mixed powder into the egg yolk paste with the powder sieve on the soybean milk machine, and stir it evenly with the egg pump.
Step 12: put 1 / 3 of the egg cream into the yolk paste with egg puff and stir evenly. The process should be fast and the action should be gentle as far as possible.
Step 13: pour the paste in step 12 into the protein cream, stir well, and pour into the inner liner of the rice cooker. If the inner liner of rice cooker is not non stick layer, please apply a layer of oil. Step 12 can't be omitted. Why? Because the yolk paste is very sticky, step 12 is to dilute the density of the yolk paste.
Step 14: if there is a cake function, I choose the cake function, but I don't have the cake function, so I choose a cooking function. I didn't try other functions, but the working principle of rice cooker is similar. Anyone who is interested can try it. The reason why we choose the cooking function is that baking cake is a slow job.
Step 15: after 30 minutes, the cooker stops working, cover the outlet with a wet towel, cover the steam for 30 minutes, and do not open the whole process. After 30 minutes, I pressed the start button again. This time, I only worked for one minute and then stopped working. So, after about 10 minutes, I opened the cover. As soon as I opened it, I saw that the baked cake fell back quickly. It's not the oven, it's not the layer, it's the only way. But it's still delicious.
