Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all materials.
Step 2: soak daylily and agaric in cold water.
Step 3: dice dried bean curd, Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, carrot, potato, tomato, agaric and cauliflower.
Step 4: put oil in the pot and saute the chopped ginger with scallion.
Step 5: put the cut vegetables into the pot, beans, carrots and potatoes, stir fry for a while, then mushroom, oyster mushroom and dried tofu, finally stir fry the tomatoes, add salt, soy sauce, five spice powder and Zanthoxylum powder, stir fry all kinds of dishes, and set aside.
Step 6: mix the flour into a dough and roll it into a disc.
Step 7: (thin and thick as shown in the picture), cut long strips and rub them into round sticks.
Step 8: cut the strip into cubes
Step 9: press a diced noodle with your thumb, push it down and forward, and rub your thumb into hemp food.
