Braised eggplant
Introduction:
"[burning eggplant in farmhouse] I've always been afraid of coir raincoat knife. Today, I found out that I misunderstood it. I thought that this kind of knife was straight cutting and then I'd mend it where I didn't cut it. According to my understanding, I can't cut it. When I read a book the day before yesterday and talked about this kind of Dao technique, I decided to have a try. Hahaha, I only understood it after a try. I totally misunderstood it! This is not, try to cut it! It turned out to be much easier than I thought. "
Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing.
Step 2: wash the eggplant and prepare for the coir raincoat knife. Novices can put chopsticks on both sides of the eggplant and cut it with a straight knife (the knife is vertical to the eggplant and cuts it downward) without cutting each knife.
Step 3: turn the eggplant upside down and cut it with an inclined knife (the angle between the knife and the eggplant is 45 degrees, cut it vertically, and do not cut off each knife).
Step 4: cut the eggplant.
Step 5: change ingredients to knives.
Step 6: slice the meat, add raw salt and cooking wine, and grasp evenly.
Step 7: prepare about 40 grams of soy sauce.
Step 8: starch the cut eggplant.
Step 9: take up the oil pan and oil the eggplant. You don't need to fry it too hard. Just after a while, gently take out the eggplant and pour it with oil. The eggplant is soft and collapsed,
Step 1: stir fry the marinated meat and pour out the oil.
Step 11: pour soy sauce into the pot, return the fried eggplant to the pot, add a little water or soup, and simmer until the eggplant tastes good.
Step 12: bring the scallion to a boil and remove it.
