Production steps:

Step 12: after mousse liquid solidifies, take out strawberry jelly and put it on it.
Step 13: bring the milk and rock sugar powder to a boil, add the gelatine slices, and stir well until the gelatine slices are completely melted
Step 14: add the remaining cream to make cream mousse.
Step 15: pour the cream mousse on the side of the jelly, not without the jelly, and then refrigerate for more than 2 hours
Step 16: when eating, cover the outside of the mold with a hot towel, and then demould. Delicious and beautiful strawberry mousse is finished, full of love
