Production steps:
Step 1: main ingredients: fresh hairtail section 500g seasoning: shredded pepper, sea salt, Chinese prickly ash
Step 2: after washing the fresh hairtail, cut the flower knife on both sides of the fish section
Step 3: put the fish segment into a container and add sea salt, pepper and shredded pepper according to personal taste
Step 4: after mixing well, wrap the fresh-keeping film and refrigerate for 24 hours
Step 5: put the salted fish on the plate, put it into the pot, boil it in water, steam it for 10 minutes, and then eat it
