Fried radish with pickles
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the white radish and cut it into slices, then cut into shredded radish.
Step 2: Chop ginger and garlic, cut pepper into sections, and prepare some pickles.
Step 3: heat the oil in the frying pan, add chili, ginger and garlic, and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add the pickles and stir fry to make the flavor.
