Production steps:
Step 1: clean up the squid and cut it into strips.
Step 2: break up the eggs, flour and bread crumbs in a shallow plate. (please forgive me for forgetting to cover the crumbs! )
Step 3: put vegetable oil into the pot, turn on the medium heat (set the temperature to 180 ℃ if the induction cooker is used), when the oil is warm, wrap the squid one by one with a thin layer of flour, then stick the egg liquid, and then wrap it with a layer of bread crumbs. Finally, deep fry the squid in the pot until golden. Take out and put it on the plate. Fried squid can be dipped in tomato sauce, salad dressing or salt and pepper. If you don't have a good command of the heat, you can put in a wrapped squid and try the temperature first. The squid in the pot floats up immediately, indicating that the oil temperature has reached 180 ℃ and can be fried.
