Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: preliminary preparation: raw turnip 10 jin, preliminary preparation: salt 3 Liang, sugar (white red can be) 4 liang.
The second step pickled cabbage: Baijiu, Baijiu, chili powder, Ye Erpa leaves, bamboo slices, and pickled vegetables.

Step 11: the next step is the sealing process. After putting all the turnips in place, cover them with a layer of leaves and rake the leaves.
Step 12: put bamboo pieces with appropriate length on the top of the rake leaves, be careful not to get them! It's easy to scratch hands around bamboo pieces! It's best to wear thick cotton gloves.
