Production steps:
Step 1: the raw materials are as shown in the figure above (the amount made by Xia's mother is enough for three people in our family, which can probably make more than 120 dumplings). Chop the mushrooms and cabbage, marinate the cabbage with a little salt for five minutes, wrap the cabbage with cloth and pinch out the water.
Step 2: first mix the meat, first put in the five spice powder.
Step 3: put in salt (enough salt at one time when mixing meat stuffing, not after adding cabbage)
Step 4: add chicken essence
