Production steps:
Step 1: separate six egg yolk proteins and add one protein

Note: remember to preheat the oven to 170 degrees before making the cake. If you want to try to make other flavors of cake, you can change 180ml orange juice into other flavors of drinks, such as green tea or strawberry juice, mango juice, etc. The function of Tata powder is to help and increase the stability of protein. But if it's not convenient to buy, you can use 1 teaspoon lemon juice instead.
