Production steps:
Step 1: soak the bamboo stick in water to prevent it from scorching. Preheat the oven 200 degrees.
Step 2: cut the mutton into small pieces.
Step 3: chop the onion.
Step 4: put the mutton into a bowl, add onion and milk, marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 5: add salt, sugar, 1 tsp cumin powder, chili powder, 1 tsp white sesame, stir well.
Step 6: string the mutton. Brush with oil, sprinkle with the remaining cumin powder and white sesame, and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.
Step 7: turn over and bake for 5 minutes.
Materials required:
Mutton: 300g
Onion: half a piece
Milk: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: half a teaspoon
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
White Sesame: 2 tsp
Oil: right amount
Note: it's better to sprinkle some cumin seeds if there are cumin seeds, but I didn't ~ ~ (> 0_ <)~~~~
