Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: soak the mushrooms in warm water and cut them in half. Squeeze out the water and set it aside.
Step 3: slice winter bamboo shoots (I used spring bamboo shoots instead). Slice the onion.
Step 4: put oil into the pot (I use lard boiled with raw shrimp head and crab, which can be directly boiled with vegetable oil).
Step 5: heat the bamboo shoots and stir fry them over low heat.
Step 6: leave the remaining oil in the pan, put in the mushrooms, stir fry and set aside.
Step 7: heat the remaining oil, add onion slices and stir fry until fragrant
Step 8: stir fry the bamboo shoots,
Step 9: stir fry the mushrooms
Step 10: add salt, soup and soy sauce, stir well, simmer until the soup begins to thicken, and stir in high heat.
Step 11: pour in the starch along the edge of the pan to thicken. Drop in sesame oil and remove from the pan.

Dried mushrooms: 20
Winter bamboo shoots: 1 bag
Soup: 1 small bowl
Onion: half
Salt: right amount
Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Note: Winter shoots can be replaced by other shoots. If there is no ready-made soup, you can use a strong soup treasure to add a proper amount of warm water.
