Production steps:

Step 12: after 45 minutes, the dough is ready to ferment.
Step 13: Pumpkin dough is the same, fermented dough is 2-3 times the original size.
Step 14: look at the picture. Inside the fermented dough is a honeycomb shape.
Step 15: take the fermented dough and knead it on the panel.
Step 16: knead into two pieces.

Step 18: roll from head to tail.

Step 20: before putting in the steamed bread, rub a little cooking oil on the steamer to prevent the steamed bread from sticking to the pot.
Step 21: steam the steamed bread for 10 minutes.
